Sean Blacklocke provides international consultation on economic, policy and scientific matters related to environmental management. His expertise is in leading multi-disciplinary water resources management projects and applying microeconomic and econometric analysis to environmental programs, projects and policies.
Residing in Dublin, Ireland and Washington, D.C., Sean offers his consulting services to private enterprises, universities, non-profit organizations, and government agencies throughout the United States and Europe.
Working more than a half a decade as an independent consultant, Sean draws on a total of two decades of experience in environmental management, having also held positions with CDM (international environmental engineering consultancy), Clemson University's School of the Environment, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
